Role objective:

In order to maintain the well-being of our employees and retain them in the long term, as well as to ensure the success of our clients, we are looking for support from a Wellbeing & Resiliency Counsellor (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

As a Wellbeing & Resiliency Counsellor, you will be responsible for the psychosocial on-site counseling of employees, mediating rehabilitative measures when necessary, and facilitating group sessions. Supporting managers through seminars, workshops on relevant topics, and health-conscious leadership is an integral part of your role, along with daily case management. Advice and support are primarily provided in English. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas for optimizing consulting services.

Our requirements:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counselling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work
• Hold accreditation/registration/practitioner status with the relevant State or Governmental agency
• Member of a German Association of Psychologists/Social Workers
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in client/patient facing clinical work, including 1:1 care and group interventions
• High level of commitment and independence
• Integrity and empathy
• Open-minded personality with professionalism and empathy
• Experience in conflict management
• Fluent Business English (C1), German is a plus
• Willingness to work shifts for 24/7 coverage, including weekends
• Ability to work exclusively on-site
