Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Specialist (m/f/d) with a strong background in User Experience (UX) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our global web presence, ensuring optimal user experiences, collaborating closely with developers, and supporting online marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will lead the design and ongoing optimization of user experiences across our global websites, ensuring your work aligns with our brand and business goals.
  • You’ll work closely with developers to implement new features and troubleshoot issues, bringing your hands-on HTML/CSS skills to the table.
  • You will manage web projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and making sure your deadlines are met.
  • You’ll take charge of day-to-day website operations, including updating content, creating landing pages, and monitoring your site’s performance.
  • You will collaborate with our online marketing teams to support your campaigns, boost SEO, and drive lead generation.
  • You’ll use HubSpot CMS to build and optimize pages, ensuring your work maintains consistency and usability across all digital channels.
  • You will leverage analytics tools such as Matomo or Google Analytics to monitor your website’s performance, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements.


What you need to succeed

  • You have several years of experience designing and optimizing user experiences for websites, and you’re comfortable using tools like Figma.
  • You demonstrate strong project management skills and collaborate effectively with developers.
  • You bring hands-on experience with CMS platforms—ideally HubSpot or similar systems.
  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, making it easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand your ideas.
  • You show excellent organizational skills and your attention to detail ensures high-quality results.
  • You are familiar with website analytics tools such as Matomo or Google Analytics, which helps you measure and improve your work.
  • Your English skills are very good; German is nice to have.
