We are hiring a Website Growth Manager to take full ownership of our high-performing website and B2B web shop — and turn them into revenue-converting machines.
Our inbound channels drive over 80% of the company's revenue, and our online web shop is an emerging commercial channel for buying our software. This role is focused on optimizing that traffic for conversion, sales, and a qualified pipeline. You will work as a hands-on growth marketer embedded in the growth team, using data, experimentation, content, and UX optimization to drive results, working with people to deliver outcomes.
If you’re passionate about turning intent into revenue and treating the website like a product that sells, this role is for you.
