Website Experience Manager (d / f / m) - Now Hiring!

Job Responsibilities

• Create and execute global website strategies aligned with Henkel's digital and communication goals.
• Convert stakeholder expectations and UX best practices into engaging digital products.
• Manage 60+ corporate and special interest websites, newsletters, apps, and alert systems.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and communication teams to optimize content management.
• Act as the product owner for CoreMedia CMS, managing partners and translating communication needs into functional designs.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget implementation of website enhancements.
• Establish a governance framework to mitigate digital platform risks.
• Develop KPIs for performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization of digital communication channels.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, digital business, or UX design; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global corporations, digital agencies, or consulting firms, including offshore/nearshore delivery.
• Proficiency in agile processes, tools (JIRA, Confluence), and project planning.
• Expertise in digital business and technology: CoreMedia, analytics, SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Strong skills in Agile project management, structuring, and organizing, with the ability to balance abstract and operational thinking.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
