Your mission with us

As a web developer / web designer / web developer (m/f/d), you will shape the digital presence of our company as part of the marketing team - strategically, creatively and technically.

With your code, your intuition for user behavior and your eye for the big picture, you play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced online. You develop high-performance websites, landing pages and web applications in WordPress (Elementor), implement modern designs and ensure that digital experiences not only look good - but also have a measurable impact.

As the technical backbone of the marketing team, you translate concepts from performance marketing, SEO and UX design into digital solutions that work and convert. You integrate APIs, carry out A/B tests, analyze KPIs and build the technical basis for successful campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube).

You think beyond the website: You develop holistic customer journeys, optimize conversion goals and connect systems intelligently. In this way, you create a consistent, future-proof and effective online presence - across channels and user-centered.

Your tasks

• website management & conversion optimization
• Development, coding and maintenance of our WordPress websites (Elementor)
• Development and management of conversion-optimized landing pages and sales funnels
• Implementation of modern, high-performance and responsive web solutions (mobile first)
• Responsibility for the user experience when accessing a page - from loading times to interaction
• Designing intuitive user guidance with a focus on conversion and UX
• Integration of external systems (e.g. newsletter tools, CRM) via APIs
• performance marketing & paid media
• Conception, management and continuous optimization of performance campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube)
• Implementation of A/B tests, KPI analysis and derivation of data-based optimizations
• SEO/SEA strategy development
• Development and implementation of effective SEO measures to increase visibility
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of targeted SEA campaigns
• Technical performance analysis of websites including testing and troubleshooting
• Ensuring a consistently high-quality user experience across all devices and browsers

Your profile

• Completed studies (e.g. web design, graphic design, media informatics, marketing, economics, computer science, communication sciences) or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of WordPress (Elementor) and campaign management via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube
• Several years of professional experience in web design and performance marketing - ideally in architecture, real estate or design
• Confident handling of HTML & CSS
• Experience in responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
• Sound understanding of UX/UI and conversion-optimized user guidance
• High quality awareness for design, structure and technical implementation
• Strong SEO/SEA skills and analytical thinking
• Structured, independent way of working and project management skills
