Overview
Our websites are the digital face of the Group – and most of them run on Webflow. To further develop, maintain, and continuously improve them, we are looking for a Web Designer / Frontend Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of Webflow websites and landing pages.
- Further development of existing pages: modules, templates, animations, interactions.
- Responsive web design – optimization for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Implementation of designs from Figma into the Webflow CMS.
- Support in technical SEO measures (performance, loading speed, structure).
- Contribution to UX/UI and conversion optimization concepts.
- Close collaboration with design, marketing, and copywriting teams.
- Bringing ideas and inspiration for new trends and technologies in web design.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in web design / frontend development.
- Solid knowledge of Webflow (CMS structures, modules, interactions).
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong sense of UX/UI design and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working.
- Very good English skills and at least B1 level German, French skills are a plus.
Nice-to-have
- SEO know-how & experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console or Matomo.
- Experience with image editing (e.g. Photoshop, Canva).
- Basic knowledge of responsive design, PHP or MySQL.
