We are looking for you in Kiel or Neumünster on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours) as a

Web designer (focus on UI & UX) (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Analysis & optimization of the user experience: investigation of the user journey, implementation of user surveys and usability tests, further development of personas and user flows as well as continuous CRO measures (e.g. A/B tests).

Conception & Design: Development and graphic implementation of user-friendly design ideas for the web store, as well as campaign designs for landing pages and tariff detail pages, including compliance with web standards, accessibility and UX guidelines.

Front-end implementation: programming in HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as close collaboration with web developers and other team members.

Testing & Performance: Ensuring responsive display and performance optimization on various devices and browsers.

Your Profile

Completed studies or training in the field of (media) design or comparable qualification and several years of experience in web design

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

In-depth knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches

Strong understanding of UX/UI design and user guidance

Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma and/or Adobe X

Creativity, a good sense of design and detail as well as a structured, independent way of working
