Jobbeschreibung

Love building things in the browser? Enjoy a good game on the side? Read on.

We're looking for a Web App Developer to join our small, ambitious team working on a series of innovative digital projects—some of which cross into the realm of games and gamified experiences. While direct gaming experience isn't required, a genuine love for games and a passion for web3 is a big plus.

This is a remote role with flexible hours, but we'd love to find someone based in or near Frankfurt, so we can occasionally collaborate in person when it counts.

What You'll Do
  1. Design and build a new web app from the ground up—you'll have influence over the architecture and stack.
  2. Create dynamic, browser-based applications with interactive front-ends and responsive design.
  3. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and product leads to bring creative, user-centric ideas to life.
  4. Build smooth data interactions between front-end and back-end (exact tech stack is flexible and will be chosen collaboratively).
  5. Use version control (Git) to manage code in a clean, modular, and team-friendly way.
  6. Write clean, testable code and help define best practices as we build out our dev environment.
Requirements
  1. Solid experience with front-end or full-stack development, with a flexible mindset around tools and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
  2. Some experience with back-end development (e.g., Python, PHP, Node.js), or at least a willingness to engage with it.
  3. Enthusiasm for building user-first, interactive applications from scratch.
  4. Comfortable with testing, debugging, and working independently.
  5. Passion for web3, decentralized technologies, or exploring what's possible in the next iteration of the web.
  6. Bonus points if you're into games, whether that's playing, designing, or just loving how they tick.
Location & Workstyle
  1. Remote-first, with occasional meetups if you're near Frankfurt.
  2. Flexible schedule—we care more about what you deliver than when you do it.
A Bit About Us

We're an indie studio working on creative, myth-inspired digital experiences. While we're not a traditional game studio, we take cues from game design, storytelling, and community-driven content. Our projects range from interactive lore archives to web tools that support narrative universes, with future-facing concepts rooted in web3.
