smart Europe GmbH – Data & AI & Automation Team. The role can be performed remotely from within Germany, with regular visits in our Stuttgart HQ.

Your responsibilities:

• Create web analytics implementation concepts and technical specifications
• Understand business goals and convert them into data collection requirements
• Implement dataLayer requirements
• Implement 3rd‑party scripts required for marketing campaigns
• Continuously increase reliability of web data collection
• Governance for web‑related KPIs
• Support advanced web data use cases like A/B testing
• Support data platform team with relevant web metrics & KPIs

What you bring along:

• Bachelor degree or above in e‑commerce / digital media / computer science / economics, or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics focused on Lead Generation, e‑Commerce and/or CRO
• 5+ years of hands‑on data experience, with demonstrated increase of responsibilities over time
• Solid understanding of state‑of‑the‑art digital analytics
• Understanding business goals and converting them into data collection requirements
• Creating implementation concepts and technical analytics specifications
• Implementing the tracking through the tag manager required for accurate data collection
• Knowledge of data & analytics toolchain such as Adobe Analytics / Adobe Experience Platform, Google Analytics (GA4)
• Skills in setting up tracking concepts, solution designs and implementation instructions
• Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams
• Set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, execute with limited information and ambiguity
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German or Mandarin or other; European is a plus
