Wealth Planner

As part of its expansion, WEALINS is looking for a Wealth Planner.

Reporting to the Sales Department and working closely with the Legal, Administrative, and Marketing Departments, as well as the sales teams (salespeople and partners of WEALINS), you will ensure the control and validation of the innovative solutions developed.

You will also be responsible for managing a budget to implement wealth and tax engineering solutions and maintaining relationships with external advisors.

Your missions :

1. Provide technical and legal support to the sales teams (salespeople and partners of WEALINS).
2. Conduct wealth, tax, and legal studies for setting up or administering life insurance and/or capitalization contracts.
3. Help the sales teams stand out from the competition, especially through preferential treatment of high-end prospects (HNWI and UHNWI).
4. Develop and deliver (with or without external support) legal and tax training programs for salespeople and partners related to the company's activities.
5. Create presentations and marketing materials on wealth and estate engineering solutions in collaboration with the Sales Support and Marketing teams.
6. Participate in communication actions and events for partners and clients.
7. Engage directly in certain approaches and meetings to promote the company's products and services.
8. Contribute to the creation and updating of a database of wealth and estate engineering solutions, ensuring access to legal and tax documentation.
9. Be proactive in developing new solutions and products.

Your profile :

1. University degree in law, economics, and/or taxation.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Good knowledge of wealth, estate, and tax matters.
4. Comfortable with structuring aspects related to life insurance.
5. Autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
6. Strong commercial sense and good listening skills.
7. Solution-oriented mindset.
8. Fluent in English; additional languages such as Finnish or Swedish are a significant advantage.
