What You´ll Be Doing:

• Operations Management: Plan and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure all operations are performed efficiently and according to safety and quality standards. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records through regular cycle counts and audits. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and take corrective actions. Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to manage stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards. Inspect goods received and shipped to ensure they are in good condition and meet quality requirements. Address any quality issues promptly and report them to relevant departments.
• Transportation Management: Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays in transit. Help with receiving and unloading deliveries. Assist in loading outgoing shipments when necessary.
• Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of picking, packing, and inventory activities. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or other software to track orders and inventory.
• Communication: Collaborate with procurement and production staff to ensure efficient workflow. Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow company policies and procedures regarding order fulfillment and inventory management.

What You´ll Need

• The perfect candidate should speak fluent English and a minimum level of B2 in German.
• Thorough understanding of international logistics
