Ensure accurate and timely inbound/outbound processing, strictly adhere to operational specifications, and prevent errors and losses. Inventory Management & Stocktaking: Monitor real-time inventory status, conduct regular stock counts, and handle inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages) and slow-moving stock. Ensure inventory data accuracy, optimize inventory structure, and improve inventory turnover rate and health. Goods Storage & Safety Management: Plan and allocate storage areas rationally, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Implement safety management systems to mitigate warehousing risks, ensuring cargo safety and operational compliance. Exception Handling & Data Reporting: Promptly report and address issues such as damaged goods and order anomalies.
