JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to efficiently handle goods in our fulfillment centers and ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders to meet customer demands.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment; English and German communication skills are important. On-site work in Unna includes adherence to safety and data privacy policies.

Aufgaben

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents, reporting discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to procedures, ensuring product integrity and correct item counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely (certification may be required).
• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with labeling, scanning, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
• Adhere to all company policies including data privacy.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills in Chinese, and English/German.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
