Qualifikationen

DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Material Management

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and coordinating the warehouse area and will ensure the correct development of all warehouse spaces to increase the quality and efficiency of the storage system.

TASKS:

• Management of the incoming and outgoing shipments
• Supervision and management of incoming and outgoing goods, following the correct application of the handling procedures
• Quality control of new items as well as the ones already stored
• Check the shipments control (time, quality, and safety) and update the record-keeping system
• Selection of resources (material and staff) that are necessary to develop the warehouse activities
• Manage and carry out the inventories and subsequently supervise its compliance
• Ensure the correct operation of the register and control methodology within the warehouse, in accordance with Nordex standards and ERP

YOUR PROFILE:

• High school level and forklift truck operator certificate
• Able to work with numbers and information systems
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Availability to travel: this position will require being on-site, with location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished
• Experience in warehouse management and with different forklifts and other tools used in warehouses
