Job Details

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will support operational tasks including:

1. Performing checks related to the reception and shipment of investigational drugs, diagnostic kits, devices, clinical material supplies, CRFs, etc.
2. Preparing and labeling boxes with materials according to WC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.
3. Updating information and attaching documents in the Operative System related to Inbound, Outbound, and Return processes.

Your profile

• Relevant experience in warehousing is desirable.
• Good German skills and some English proficiency for documentation and training purposes.
• Absolute reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
