Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will provide support in operational tasks, including:

1. Performing checks related to the reception and shipment of investigational drugs, diagnostic kits, devices, clinical material supplies, CRFs, etc.
2. Preparing and labeling boxes with materials according to WC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.
3. Handling activities on the Operative System related to inbound, outbound, and return processes, including updating information and attaching documents.

Your profile

• Relevant warehouse experience is desirable.
• Good German skills and some English knowledge for documentation and training purposes.
• Strong attention to detail.
