We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations & Quality Specialist to oversee daily warehouse activities while ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across warehouse functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes in line with company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound goods, ensuring compliance with Krones specifications (dimensions, characteristics, and standards).
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety, operational procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, logistics, engineering, etc.) to resolve reclamations and streamline workflows.
  • Analyse operational data to identify performance gaps and drive process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Train warehouse staff on quality inspection protocols, safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of materials to prevent damage, contamination, or quality deviations.
  • Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports on KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance status for management review.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and knowledgeable in quality control and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Travel Requirement ~ 40% locally to warehouse facilities
