Zusammenfassung

iMile Delivery is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities and optimize our logistics footprint across assigned areas.

You will coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns while driving inventory accuracy and process improvements. Strong focus on safety, compliance, and collaboration with transportation partners and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Support warehouse projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with employee training on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations and shipment status when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logisticsprocesses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency is required; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
• Fluent German and English language skills are required, any additional language skills are a plus
