They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize their warehousing activities, ensuring top-tier customer fulfillment and operational excellence.

About the Role :

As a Warehouse Manager, you will create the right conditions for warehouse activities to meet quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards. You will lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing processes, optimizing stock management, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead warehouse operations ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality standards
• Manage stock levels, outbound freight, and order fulfillment processes
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Care, Production, and Logistics teams
• Drive cost efficiency and productivity improvements using Lean / CI principles
• Oversee supplier coordination, audit compliance, KPI setting, and reporting
• Develop and support the Warehouse team’s growth and well-being
• Maintain SAP system user rights and accurate stock records
• Participate in cross-functional projects and business process development

What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or shipping
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools
• Fluent in English and German
• Analytical thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to lead by example
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
