Zusammenfassung

JD.COM in Germany seeks an experienced Solution Architect for on-site warehouse automation pre-sales and integration design. You will lead requirement gathering, design end-to-end architectures, and prepare quotations for client projects.

You will travel to Europe and be stationed overseas, engaging with client decision-makers, presenting technical solutions, and supporting sales with market feedback and product collaboration.

• Requirement Analysis & Solution Architecture Design:Engage deeply with client business scenarios to lead on-site research and requirement gathering, translating warehouse operation pain points into actionable technical solutions, and delivering end-to-end integrated warehouse automation solution architecture design, technology selection, solution design documents, and project quotations.
• Pre-sales Technical Support & Solution Presentation:Collaborate with the sales team in client technical engagement, lead solution presentations, technical Q&A, and technical communication during the POC (Proof of Concept) phase, ensuring precise alignment between technical solutions and client requirements.
• Solution-Driven Sales Achievement:Drive project closure with technical solutions as the core lever, carry corresponding sales targets and performance metrics, and be responsible for driving client decision-making and contract signing during solution-related project phases.
• Industry Research & Solution Iteration:Continuously track European and American warehouse automation industry technology trends and competitive solutions, identify differentiated competitive advantages, and provide frontline market feedback and solution optimization recommendations to the product team.
• Technical Relationship Management & Knowledge Accumulation:Maintain relationships with client technical decision-makers to build long-term technical trust; accumulate industry solution libraries and best practices to empower the team’s overall solution capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in warehouse automation system integration solution design or pre-sales technical roles. Candidates with project experience in the European and American markets are preferred.
• Professional Expertise:Proficient in core smart warehouse technologies (WMS/WCS systems, AGV scheduling, automated sorting, automated storage and retrieval systems, etc.), with practical project experience and capabilities in warehouse automation system planning and design. Able to independently deliver the full workflow from requirement analysis through system planning, solution architecture design, and configuration selection to project quotation. Candidates with system integration project implementation experience are preferred.
• Client Communication Skills:Possess strong client requirement insight and technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into client-understandable business value language. Able to precisely identify client technical needs, effectively guide client technical decision-making, and drive solution confirmation and project signing.
• Comprehensive Qualities:Strong analytical thinking, cross-team collaboration, and ability to work under pressure. Good English speaking and listening skills. Willing to travel and be stationed overseas. Strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
