Hourly Rate: $19.50

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator uses power industrial equipment to load, unload, move, or stack materials, maintaining an organized warehouse environment. We seek dynamic, career-oriented individuals committed to this role.

  • Operate power industrial equipment to load, unload, move, or stack materials;
  • Operate manual or electric carts to fulfill orders;
  • Scan, count, and load items from the receiving area;
  • Stock items appropriately by location and quantity;
  • Receive merchandise from vendors and store in proper locations;
  • Check off merchandise upon receipt;
  • Correct discrepancies on inventory count sheets;
  • Assist in pulling parts during busy periods;
  • Collaborate with the stock manager to resolve order issues;
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience operating industrial equipment;
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately;
  • Understanding of map locations and sorting by alpha or numeric;
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards;
  • Focus and stay on task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally;
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit or climb;
  • Adaptability to environmental conditions and narrow aisles;
  • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment;
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts and overtime;
  • Preferred: 1-2 years warehouse experience and familiarity with safety procedures.
