Job description
Tasks
- Shortage and escalation management in transfer processes between the production plant and final assembly line (FAL) in Single Aisle production
- Processing of work orders and adjustment of demand quantities and material orders in SAP
- Coordination of shipping, relocations and scrapping, including the organization of special transports
- Checking part availability in the SAP system
- Close collaboration with the national and international supply officer team
- Warehouse management, including goods receipt, storage and issue, as well as identifying process improvements
- Documentation and management of quality notifications (non-conformities) in SAP
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, with further qualification as technician or specialist
OR: Completed degree in business administration, supply chain or logistics - Several years of professional experience in aerospace, supply chain/logistics or process optimization
- Solid knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Very good German skills (min. B2) and business fluent English skills (min. C1); French is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift alternating weekly)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
