Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair satellite communication systems at various global locations.
• Perform system tests, diagnose faults, and resolve issues on-site and remotely.
• Provide technical support to customers during system commissioning and ongoing operations.
• Deliver training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of SatCom systems.
• Document all tasks performed and prepare detailed service reports.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance service quality continuously.
• Carry out regular system updates and implement security standards.

Skills/Must have:

• Strong knowledge of RF technology, network systems, and electronics.
• Experience with a variety of SatCom systems and antenna technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel internationally for assignments.
