Your Mission:
As VP of Talent Acquisition, you will own the strategy, systems, and execution behind how we hire the talent that powers Engine. You will lead a team of 20+, including TA managers, recruiters, TA operations, and coordinators responsible for delivering exceptional talent across all GTM, Corporate and Tech functions. This is not a role for passive operators. We're looking for a builder and a driver - someone who obsesses over precision hiring, enforces talent density standards, and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-obsessed environment. You will serve as a force multiplier across the business as a primary executive stakeholder and key player in achieving our ambitious business results.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Base Pay Range
$270,000—$300,000 USD
