We are partnering with a leading FMCG organisation on a confidential search for a Global Vice President of Supply Chain. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the global supply chain strategy across all regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end global supply chain, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and sustainability across the supply chain
• Oversee global logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and reliable delivery performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals
• Build and lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
• Implement and optimise digital tools and systems to support supply chain visibility and decision-making
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior global supply chain leadership role within the FMCG sector
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-market supply chain transformations
• Deep expertise in logistics, distribution, and supply chain strategy
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at C-suite level
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
• Willingness and ability to be on-site in Germany at least 3 days per week
