HOLON GmbH sucht einen strategischen Leader mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in der autonomen Mobilität. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie sowie die Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um innovative Lösungen im Markt zu positionieren, und führen ein engagiertes Strategie-Team.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 - 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Strategieberatung, idealerweise im Bereich Mobilität oder Automobil.
• Nachweisliche Erfolge im Bereich autonome Mobilität oder urbane Verkehrssysteme.
• Starkes Wissen über Markmodelle und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen.

Aufgaben

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Chancen im Bereich autonome Mobilität.
• Führung eines Strategie-Teams mit direkter Berichtslinie zum CEO.
• Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften im Ökosystem autonomer Shuttle-Dienste.

Your tasks

• Identify opportunities before they become trends and translate them into scalable strategies for the future of autonomous mobility
• Shape and implement the overall company strategy with a focus on operations, technology, regulation, and partnerships within the autonomous shuttle ecosystem
• Identify and assess new market potentials, business models, and use cases in autonomous mobility
• Analyze market and technology trends in the fields of autonomous driving, V2X communication, and fleet management with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and external partners to position our solutions strategically in the European market
• Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, public transport operators, cities, and technology providers
• Prepare investor processes as well as M&A and corporate development initiatives, driving strategic growth projects forward
• Lead an ambitious strategy team with a direct reporting line to the CEO

Your profile

• A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy, ideally with a focus on mobility, automotive, or smart cities
• Proven track record of strategic project responsibility in the areas of autonomous driving, urban mobility, public transport innovation, or future transportation systems
• Strong knowledge of market models, regulatory frameworks (e.g., for autonomous vehicles), platform strategies, and mobility ecosystems
