In this pivotal role, you'll develop and implement effective sales strategies while leading a growing team, assisting in doubling ARR and establishing a strong market presence. We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact VP of Sales to build and scale our global revenue engine from the ground up . You’ll lead our sales team (currently 2 Account Executives), define and implement repeatable sales processes, and lay the foundation to double our ARR by driving pipeline, closing new logos, and expanding enterprise accounts. This is a unique opportunity to architect ilert’s go-to-market strategy at a pivotal growth stage , and play a key role as we set the industry benchmark for AI-driven incident response.
