What you'll do

  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing partnerships with life sciences companies focused on accelerating time to treatment.
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the industry.
  3. Represent Ada at industry conferences to build awareness of Ada's AI-powered platform and promote its adoption within the life sciences sector.

We are looking for :

  • Proven track record: Experience building high-value relationships and working across medical affairs, market access, and commercial teams to drive patient identification strategies in the life sciences industry.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of pharma commercial analytics, patient identification, and healthcare media strategy, with a deep knowledge of how life sciences companies leverage real-world data, AI, and digital media to identify undiagnosed patients, engage them, and drive treatment adoption.
  • Communication & relationship building: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
  • Sales acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating procurement processes in healthcare organizations.
  • Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Low Ego: Proficient in rolling up sleeves with a belief that no job is too big or small.
