Reporting to the CFO and partnering with the CEO, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insight across a global network of plants, regions and product lines, owning the numbers and driving profitability.

Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with the CEO, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insight across a global network of plants, regions and product lines.

Your background

An established controlling or FP&A leader from a complex, global manufacturing business, ideally with €1.5bn+ revenue. You bring analytical depth, commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge at executive level, alongside a track record of improving forecasting, reporting and team performance. Private equity or carve-out experience is advantageous.
