Job summary

MAM Gruppe Limited in Munich seeks a Senior Controller to own consolidation, planning and group reporting for management, the board and investors. You will help digitise the finance function in a high-visibility role with real influence.

You’ll lead group budgeting, perform intercompany reconciliation, and drive monthly/quarterly/annual closes. Strong IFRS, consolidation expertise, and stakeholder skills across countries are essential.

Qualifications

• IFRS and group consolidation expertise required.
• 5+ years in group accounting, consolidation or controlling.
• Experience with planning, CPM/consolidation and ERP systems, plus advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
• Analytical, independent approach with strong stakeholder skills across countries.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business or similar.

Responsibilities

Our client, a global industrial manufacturer, is strengthening its Group Finance team in Munich with a Senior Controller. You’ll own consolidation, planning and group reporting for management, the board and investors, and help digitise the finance function, a highly visible role with real influence.

The role:

• Lead group budgeting and forecasting, supporting subsidiaries and running scenario and variance analysis.
• Act as lead business user for consolidation, planning and reporting systems, and support ERP rollouts and automation.
• Run monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, including intercompany reconciliation.
• Contribute to IFRS group accounts.

• Set group-wide KPIs, maintain reporting policies and support audits.

What you’ll need:

• Strong IFRS and group consolidation expertise.
• 5+ years in group accounting, consolidation or controlling, ideally in international manufacturing.
• Experience with planning, CPM/consolidation and ERP systems, plus advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
