The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, no-fluff VP of Engineering with startup scaling experience (Seed to Series A+). This is not a pure coding position, but initially, coding will be required. You’ll set our technical vision, drive architecture, and lead by example—contributing directly in Golang and Python when needed while managing a team of 30 engineers and shaping a high-performing team that builds robust, real-time AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Strategy & Execution:
  • Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Ensure best practices in CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
  • Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-On Development:
  • Code in Golang and Python as needed to contribute directly to critical projects.
  • Oversee development of real-time streaming and AI-powered systems.
