• Develop long-term partnerships with infrastructure providers and governance-aligned protocols
• Coordinate staking, liquidity, and collaboration frameworks across ecosystem participants
• Drive institutional programs that support aligned capital deployment and policy coordination
• Represent Web3Space in strategic relationships across industry and ecosystem forums

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in ecosystem development, infrastructure partnerships, or decentralized protocol strategy
• Solid understanding of capital coordination mechanisms, governance tooling, and long-term incentive design
• Demonstrated success in structuring strategic partnerships across regulated and decentralized entities
• Comfortable operating across multichain environments with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in cross-functional execution within asynchronous, high-autonomy teams
