You are a dynamic marketing leader with a track record of driving revenue growth and scaling high-performing teams. As a fast-growing company, MILES is looking for a strategic and results-driven SVP/VP of Marketing to lead our marketing organization.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing—including performance marketing, brand strategy, customer retention, and pricing—while driving revenue growth and market expansion. As a key member of the executive team, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, optimize customer acquisition and lifetime value, and continue to position us as a category leader and love brand in mobility.

Your Responsibility

Brand, Communications & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy that positions MILES as a love brand in mobility.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including product, partnerships, and marketing assets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines.
  • Drive a customer-first marketing approach that enhances user experience and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team and leadership team to align with the overall MILES strategy.

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Oversee all digital and non-digital acquisition channels.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs while maximizing return on ad spend.
  • Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to scale user adoption.
  • Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Identify and integrate new marketing technologies and automation tools.

Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Develop and execute CRM, loyalty, and retention programs to drive customer engagement.
  • Optimize lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, SMS, push notifications, and personalization.
  • Utilize customer insights and data to enhance customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to improve user experience and increase repeat usage.

Pricing & Revenue Optimization

  • Champion a data-driven marketing culture with strong analytics and reporting.
  • Leverage customer data, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics to refine marketing efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, product, and operations to implement dynamic pricing models.
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies based on demand elasticity and market trends.

Your Experience

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing executive with a proven track record of building strong brands, driving high-impact marketing partnerships, and scaling teams in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven success in brand building – experience in developing and executing powerful brand strategies that create deep customer loyalty and recognition.
  • Strong track record in strategic partnerships – expertise in identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in mobility, transportation, e-commerce, marketplace, or tech.
  • Experience as a CMO, SVP, VP, or Head of Marketing, leading cross-functional teams across brand, partnerships, performance marketing, and customer retention.
  • Deep expertise in growth marketing, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience in pricing strategy and revenue optimization, ideally in a dynamic pricing or marketplace environment.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and automation tools.
  • Experience in market expansion and launching new geographies or customer segments.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence executive teams and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and executing at scale.
  • Passion for fast-paced environments and mobility innovation.
  • Fluent in German and English (business level).
