As Head of Controlling Global Supply Chain, you will be the Finance Business Partner to the Head of Global Supply Chain and his leadership team. In this role, you will be critical in supporting the decision-making process by providing high-quality data and insights. You are responsible for all related financials, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and inventory steering. This is a high-impact role that requires collaboration across multiple teams and the ability to provide clear financial leadership. The role is reporting to the CFO Global Technical Operations.

Responsibilities

• Finance Business Partner to the Head of Global Supply Chain and his leadership team
• Act as financial advisor and provide financial guidance
• Provide financial insights and decision support
• Ensuring financial processes & compliance
• Steering financial results to target
• Developing and implementation of financial concepts
• Orchestrating responsibilities for Technical Operations related to inventories
• Provide fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Interacting with various stakeholders beyond supply chain on different levels
• Member of the Technical Operations Finance & Global Supply Chain Leadership Teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
• 10+ years' experience in controlling, ideally as Supply Chain Controller or Manufacturing Controller
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Controlling including warehousing, distribution and global demand planning, variance analysis and inventory management
• Ability to challenge partners while maintaining productive relationships
• Proven experience in a similar global role
• Comfortable working in a multinational matrixed environment, challenging the status quo, and driving initiatives with strong communication skills
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
