Your Tasks

  1. Define and implement a global training & skilling strategy for T-Systems across all markets.
  2. Develop a skill transformation strategy, identifying critical future skills, and implementing targeted learning journeys.
  3. Drive the strategic training portfolio, ensuring business-aligned and high-impact learning initiatives.
  4. Introduce new ways of learning, incorporating digital, immersive, and experiential methods.
  5. Establish a KPI framework to measure the impact of L&D on business outcomes.
  6. Oversee the training budget, optimizing investment in employee development.
  7. Lead strategic upskilling and reskilling programs, ensuring employees are equipped to adapt to rapid industry changes.
  8. Collaborate with internal HR, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align learning with business strategies.
  9. Act as a strategic advisor on learning, talent, and culture to senior executives.
  10. Build partnerships with HR, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
  11. Drive a global governance model for alignment across geographies and functions.
  12. Lead and mentor a high-performing international team.

Your Profile

  1. Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or Technology, with at least 10 years of experience in HR or Business areas related to workforce/competence management.
  2. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an international/matrix organization.
  3. Expertise in skill transformation, workforce upskilling, and digital learning strategies.
  4. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  5. Deep understanding of ICT sector challenges, especially technological innovation, and experience with onshore location dynamics.
  6. Experience managing large-scale budgets and international teams.
  7. Ability to drive change in complex, multinational environments.
  8. Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
  9. Excellent stakeholder management, capable of influencing C-suite and global leaders.
