In connection with our business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment).

The VP of Delivery will strategically oversee operations of over 700 personnel, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals, supervising large engineering teams, managing performance and finances, and contributing to sales, presales, and account growth.

This role reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (C-level).

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar business qualifications are a plus
• Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within established companies (3000+ employees)
• Proven leadership managing large engineering teams of 700+ people
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile methodologies
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering technologies, trends, and best practices; experience as a solution architect is advantageous
• In-depth understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
• Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills
• Strategic planning and execution experience
• Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, and processes
• Experience in business development, sales management, and presales
• Financial acumen, P&L management experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel frequently

• Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with business goals
• Stay updated on software engineering trends and technologies
