In connection with our business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment).

The VP of Delivery will strategically oversee operations of over 700 professionals, focusing on scaling the business. The role involves shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals, supervising large engineering teams, managing performance and finances, contributing to sales and presales, and fostering account growth.

The position reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Requirements :

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; additional business education (e.g., MBA) is a plus
• 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within well-established companies (>3000 employees)
• Experience managing large engineering organizations of 700+ staff with proven results
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile expertise
• Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices and trends; experience as a solution architect is advantageous
• Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
• Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial skills
• Strategic planning and execution experience
• Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, processes, and finances
• Experience in business development and presale management
• Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel frequently
