In connection with business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment).

The VP Delivery will strategically oversee operations of over 700 personnel, focusing on scaling the business. The role involves shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals, supervising large engineering teams, managing performance and finances, contributing to sales and presales, and fostering account growth.

This position reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Requirements :

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar is a plus
• 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within established companies (3000+ employees)
• Experience managing large engineering teams of 700+ people with proven results
• Strong program, portfolio, and Agile project management skills
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering technologies, practices, and trends; experience as solution architect is advantageous
• Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
• Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and managerial skills
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, processes, and financial management
• Experience in business development and presale management in service industries
• Financial management experience, including P&L responsibility for large service organizations
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel frequently

• Participate in pre-sales activities, guiding and supporting the team
• Work with sales and marketing to develop strategies

Driving Technological Innovation :

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies
• Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with business goals
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and technologies
