In connection with business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment).

The VP Delivery will strategically oversee operations of 700+ personnel with a focus on scaling the business. The role involves shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals, supervising large engineering teams, managing performance and finances, and contributing to sales and account growth. The position reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar is a plus
• Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, preferably in a large outsourcing company with 3000+ employees
• Proven leadership in managing engineering organizations of 700+ people
• Strong skills in program and portfolio management, Agile methodologies
• Expertise in modern software engineering technologies, trends, and best practices; experience as a solution architect is advantageous
• Deep understanding of Digital business, IT landscape, and trends
• Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills
• Strategic planning and execution expertise
• Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, and processes
• Experience in business development, sales management, and presales
• Financial acumen, including managing P&L for large service organizations
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel frequently

Leading Delivery Organization:

• Oversee directors to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality

Building Client Relationships and Supporting Business Development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their business goals
• Maintain strong client relationships for ongoing success
• Participate in pre-sales activities, guiding teams and ensuring sales success
• Work with sales and marketing to develop strategic initiatives

Driving Technological Innovation:

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies
• Develop an innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep the team at the forefront
