Job Description
Lead the strategic transformation agenda of the company with a clear focus on digitalization of finance-related functions (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Treasury, etc.)
Collaborate closely with the IT department to identify, plan and implement digital initiatives, including ERP enhancements, automation, and process standardization.
Drive the modernization of finance processes and systems, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
Establish and manage a centralized Transformation Office to oversee key initiatives and support cross-functional alignment.
Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor transformation progress and ensure goal achievement.
Serve as a key sparring partner to the CFO and CIO, offering strategic input on digitalization and change-related topics.
Lead structured change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Ensure project governance, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication throughout the organization.
The Successful Applicant
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Several years of relevant experience in managing digital or finance transformation projects, ideally within the chemical industry or manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of finance processes and modern IT landscapes (ERP, automation tools, BI platforms, etc.).
Proven track record in project and change management, ideally with a structured and methodical approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
Fluent in English and German.
