Responsibilities after training:

• Leading a team of 3-6 skilled workers
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site operations
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to safety standards
• Documenting progress and communicating with project management and clients

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training (e.g., in construction, machine operation, civil engineering)
• Previous experience as Foreman, Site Manager, or Machine Operator is desirable
• Physical fitness, willingness to travel, and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently
