We are looking for:

Foreman / Construction Supervisor / Machine Operator (m/w/d)

After extensive training, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to all safety standards
• Documenting construction progress and communicating with project management and clients

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training (e.g., in construction, machine operation, civil engineering, etc.)
• Some experience as a foreman, supervisor, construction manager, or machine operator is desirable
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
