Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our innovative team in Germany as Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d). Our company specializes in the manufacturing and installation of noise barriers with a focus on green systems, aiming to create a quieter and more livable environment through ecological projects across Germany and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 3-6 workers
• Organizing and supervising daily construction activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to safety standards
• Documenting progress and communicating with project management and clients

Qualifications:

• Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., construction, machinery operation, civil engineering)
• Previous experience as a foreman, site manager, or machine operator is desirable
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and teamwork skills
• Responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently
