Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d). Responsibilities after training include:

• Leading a team of 3-6 workers
• Organizing and supervising daily construction activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Executing construction plans while adhering to safety standards
• Documenting progress and communicating with project management and clients

Requirements include:

• Completed vocational training in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience as a foreman, site manager, or machine operator is preferred
• Physical fitness, willingness to travel, and team spirit
• Responsibility, reliability, and independence in work
