About this Position
2-year traineeship in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs (Volontariat). During this traineeship, you will rotate through different areas of communications (e.g., External Communications, Internal Communications, Digital Strategy & Experience, Corporate Branding & Communication Strategy, Public Affairs & Governmental Relations, Regional Steering).
What you´ll do
- Gain insights into communication strategies and tools of a globally operating company; participate in various national and international projects, events, and activities.
- Create and edit content such as articles, videos, podcasts for external and internal media, including newsletters, press releases, the Spotlight magazine, intranet, and social media channels.
- Manage various projects and support the Corporate Communications & Public Affairs team in daily tasks.
- Engage in temporary assignments (“outstations”) based on personal interests at external partners like agencies or other Henkel departments.
- Work collaboratively with experienced teams and fellow trainees.

- Studied communications, journalism, or related fields in business or politics.
- Practical experience in content management or creation, especially in journalism or corporate communications.
- Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus.
- Interest in journalistic work.
