Responsibilities

• Legal advice to our members regarding tenancy issues

The position involves 20 hours per week and is initially limited to one year. Based on satisfactory performance, there is potential for permanent employment and full-time work.

Qualifications

• First and second state examinations in law with proven knowledge in tenancy and possibly condominium law
• Ability to explain complex legal issues to laypersons and independently manage a member caseload, focusing on efficient and amicable dispute resolution
• Enjoy working with a diverse client base and possess strong communication skills
• Excellent German and good English language skills
