The Global Marketing & Sales (GM&S) transformation team, established in 2022, seeks to position Hitachi as a trusted partner by providing impactful sustainable solutions through experts across One Hitachi's portfolio.

Building on initial achievements, the team plans to upscale activities in FY25 to expand scope, broaden account portfolios, and strategically map Hitachi's positioning across markets. This approach aims to unlock the potential of One Hitachi, delivering enhanced value propositions and strengthening partnerships through a more integrated market presence.

What you'll be doing

Supporting Hitachi's Inspire 27 business growth plan, we are consolidating our organization so our commercial teams and customers can better understand our problem-solving capabilities.

As a key tool, Hitachi's first visual storytelling library of sector landscapes demonstrates our solutions to internal and external audiences, showcasing our capabilities. There is a need to maintain and expand this approach by engaging specialist animators.

The visual marketing project manager will deliver additional market visualizations, maintain current tools, and explore further expansion to better portray Hitachi's innovation, digital co-creation, and partnership capabilities.

This is a one-year project or secondment opportunity, offering exposure across the Hitachi group and the chance to work on high-profile materials at all organizational levels, embodying the one Hitachi ethos.

Responsibilities
  • Create a visual storytelling project brief, execution plan, and budget.
  • Select and manage creative partners.
  • Define and engage key internal stakeholders and establish a contributor working group (RACI).
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Sales segment teams for project integration.
  • Manage tool development, approval processes, and content coordination.
  • Plan and execute high-profile rollouts for internal and customer audiences.
  • Ensure tools and materials are regularly reviewed and updated.
What you bring to the team
