GroundWork CBT Orlando is seeking an experienced CBT/ERP therapist to join our expanding team in a fully remote, telehealth-based role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a motivated caseload of children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating OCD, anxiety disorders, and related challenges.

GroundWork is a boutique private practice based in Florida, dedicated to evidence-based care. We specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and O-C related concerns (BFRBs, phobias, etc.), using ERP and CBT as our clinical foundation. Our practice is supportive, collaborative, and deeply committed to clinical integrity.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled, passionate therapist who is well-versed in ERP and CBT to provide high-quality virtual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. This is a flexible, contractor-based position (1099), with full administrative and clinical support provided.

Who We're Looking For
Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologists) or Registered Interns in any U.S. state
Specialized Training & Experience in CBT/ERP for OCD & Anxiety Disorders
Strong Background in Working with Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Willingness to register as a Florida Telehealth Provider (if out-of-state)
Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a virtual setting
Afternoon/early evening availability preferred; weekend availability is optional but not required
Please note: A non-compete agreement is required (no private practice work outside of GWC; work in hospitals, schools, or agencies is permitted).

Licensed Clinicians: $70–$90 per 50-minute session
Registered Interns: $60–$75 per 50-minute session
Achievable Caseload – 20–30 clients/week = $80k–$100k+ annually (based on 25 client hours/week)

No Insurance Panels – We are a private pay practice with a 24-hour cancellation policy
Full Support Provided

We handle marketing, referrals, scheduling, and intake
Access to all telehealth platforms and tools
Supervision available for FL Registered Interns pursuing licensure
