Overview

Job Title: Virtual Primary Care Clinician (MD/DO/PA/NP)

Location: Remote (Must reside in the New England region)

Schedule: 32 hours/week, no call; patient panel of ~2000–2200; 15–18 patients/day (30-min appointments)

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive virtual primary care, including diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions.
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
• Complete documentation via electronic medical records (EMR).
• Manage own in basket and patient panel, with support from medical assistants, administrative staff, and a collaborative clinical team.
• Participate in occasional virtual and in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed residency, or PA/NP with at least 3 years of primary care experience
• Active license in applicable state(s)
• Proficient in electronic medical records and virtual care tools
• Strong communication and clinical judgment; ability to manage substance control medications when clinically necessary
