Job Summary

What is a Learnlight online language teacher? A Learnlight trainer is more than just an online teacher; they are motivators and personal mentors guiding students through their virtual learning journey. They are valued members of a growing team dedicated to innovative distance learning methods.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver dynamic, engaging sessions to students worldwide.
2. Design personalized programs tailored to students' needs.
3. Provide written feedback after each session.
4. Monitor student progress via the Learnlight Platform.
5. Communicate professionally with the internal team.

Requirements

• C2 level or proficient German speaker.
• Advanced level of English (preferred).
• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching a foreign language.
• Foreign language teaching certificate (preferred).
• University degree in Linguistics, DaF/DaZ, or similar (preferred).
• Availability to commit to a fixed schedule for at least one year.
• Minimum 10 hours per week during prime times (CEST/UTC+2): 07:00-10:00, 13:00-16:00, 18:00-21:00, with additional availability outside these hours welcomed.
